Information only; no advice
This website and all related text, artwork, data, links, interfaces, and materials are provided solely for general informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on or through this website constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, security, or other professional advice. No content is personalized to you, no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created, and no statement should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from your own qualified professionals.
No offer, solicitation, or recommendation
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation, endorsement, or invitation to acquire, hold, trade, or dispose of any token, NFT, security, commodity, financial instrument, strategy, or service. Displaying a project, feature, price, market, or third-party link does not represent a promise of availability, legality, liquidity, value, performance, or continued support in any jurisdiction.
Not an investment; digital-collectible risk
Neither a Yuppie NFT nor YUP is an investment or investment vehicle. Acquiring, holding, or using either does not confer equity, debt, partnership, membership, beneficial ownership, governance, voting, dividend, distribution, revenue, profit, fee, interest, redemption, treasury, asset, or other financial rights in or against Yuppie Capital, the project, its contributors, or any other person or entity. It creates no entitlement to future tokens, products, services, features, liquidity, utility, appreciation, or value. A token-bound account or owner-authorized policy is technical functionality, not a promise to supply assets, returns, or benefits. These experimental digital collectibles may nevertheless be volatile and illiquid, and their market value may fluctuate sharply or fall permanently to zero. You may lose everything you use to acquire or interact with them. They are not bank deposits and may not benefit from deposit insurance, investor-protection schemes, chargebacks, or similar safeguards.
Limited artwork license
Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights in the Yuppies artwork remain with the applicable artist or rights holder. Ownership of an NFT does not transfer copyright. Subject to these terms, the current lawful owner of a specific materialized Yuppie NFT receives a limited, personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license to access, copy, use, and display only the artwork associated with that NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes, including use as an avatar or profile image, display in a personal gallery, and display on a marketplace in connection with listing or transferring that NFT. The license does not permit commercial use, merchandise, derivative works, separate sale or distribution of the artwork, sublicensing, trademark use, use of project names or logos, or any use that implies sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. Holding fractional YUP alone does not grant a license to any specific artwork. This license begins only while the person is the lawful owner of the corresponding materialized NFT and terminates automatically and immediately when that person transfers, burns, dematerializes, or otherwise ceases to own it. The former owner must then stop using and displaying the artwork; a subsequent lawful NFT owner receives a new license under the terms then in effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Technology, smart-contract, and automation risk
Blockchains, wallets, token standards, smart contracts, token-bound accounts, decentralized exchanges, oracles, bridges, interfaces, and related infrastructure may contain defects, vulnerabilities, economic-design failures, or malicious code. They may be exploited, paused, upgraded, congested, reorganized, censored, abandoned, or otherwise fail. Transactions may be delayed, frontrun, mispriced, irreversible, or permanently lost. Owner-authorized policies may automatically evaluate or execute transactions and can lose capital because of configuration, market conditions, liquidity, fees, slippage, oracle behavior, contract failure, or adversarial activity. No audit, test, review, or technical control can eliminate these risks.
Third-party services and links
Links to Uniswap, X, wallets, explorers, marketplaces, networks, or other third-party products are provided only for convenience. Those services are independent and are not controlled, operated, or guaranteed by this website or its contributors. A link does not constitute endorsement. Third-party terms, privacy practices, fees, availability, security, and transaction behavior apply to your use of those services. This website does not connect a wallet or construct transactions; any interaction you undertake through a third party is directly between you and that service or protocol.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for conducting independent research, assessing suitability, protecting private keys and devices, and verifying the network, token and contract addresses, approvals, recipients, transaction details, fees, slippage, and consequences before signing or submitting anything. You are also responsible for determining and complying with all laws, sanctions, eligibility restrictions, reporting duties, and tax obligations applicable to you. Do not interact with digital assets unless you understand the risks and can afford a complete loss. If you are uncertain, stop and consult qualified independent advisers.
No warranties; limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and all associated content and functionality are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranty, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components. The website, project, developers, artists, contributors, and their respective affiliates and representatives will not be liable for losses arising from access, reliance, inability to access, digital-asset activity, smart-contract interaction, third-party services, or lost credentials, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
